Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and on every subscription order. Orders under $50 ship for $5.95. You always see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email us right away with your order number and we will update it or cancel it with a full refund.
My package is late, lost or damaged. What do I do?
Email us with your order number (and a photo if something arrived damaged). We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Subscribe & Save
How does Subscribe & Save work?
You save 25% on every order, for as long as you stay subscribed, and shipping is always free. For example, a bottle of R-ALA is $29.99 instead of $39.99, and your bottle (or your 2 or 3 bottle kit) ships every 30 days at that same price until you cancel.
Will the price change after the first order?
No. You pay the same subscription price on every renewal. If we ever change a price, we email you at least 7 days before.
Will you remind me before I am charged?
Yes. We email you at least 3 days before every renewal with the date, the amount and a link to skip or cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, open Manage Subscriptions and click Cancel. No phone call, no forms. You can also email us and we will cancel it within 1 business day. There are no fees and no minimum number of orders. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.
Can I skip or pause instead?
Yes. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime online.
Guarantee and refunds
What is the 90 Day Empty Bottle Guarantee?
Use your product every day. If you are not happy within 90 days of delivery, email us and we refund the product price, even if the bottle is open or empty. You do not need to send anything back. One guarantee refund per customer, per product.
How long does a refund take?
We send approved refunds within 2 business days to your original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days. See our Refund Policy.
Using our products
How do I take Livgom supplements?
Follow the directions on the label of each product. Most people find it easiest to take their supplement at the same time every day, for example with breakfast.
How long should I try it?
Daily supplements work best with daily use. We suggest giving it at least 8 weeks of consistent use, which is why our guarantee runs a full 90 days. Individual results vary.
Can I take it with my medication?
Please ask your doctor first and bring the label with you. This is especially important if you take blood thinners or aspirin (Nattokinase), medication for blood sugar or thyroid (R-ALA), or have kidney problems (Magnesium), and if you are pregnant or nursing. See our Health Disclaimer.
Are the cream and insoles medical products?
No. The Cooling Foot & Leg Cream and Acupressure Comfort Insoles are comfort products for tired feet and legs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have diabetes or a foot condition, ask your doctor before using the insoles.
