Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on livgom.com with Livgom. They work together with our Terms of Service, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What you see is what you pay

  • Prices are in US dollars. The total you pay, including product price, any shipping charge and sales tax, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Bundles (Buy One, Buy 1 Get 1 FREE, Buy 2 Get 2 Free and Buy 3 Get 3 Free) are priced as shown. Free bottles and free gifts included in a bundle are part of that bundle price, have no cash value and are given while supplies last.
  • No hidden fees. We never add a product, protection or subscription to your order without your clear choice.

2. One time purchase or subscription

You can buy any product as a one time purchase. For R-ALA, Nattokinase and Magnesium you can also choose Subscribe & Save, which renews automatically at the same price as your first subscription order until you cancel. Subscriptions renew every 30 days. The price, renewal schedule and how to cancel are shown next to the subscription option and at checkout before you pay. You can cancel online anytime in your account. See our Subscription Policy.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is charged when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card number.

4. Order confirmation and acceptance

After you order, you receive a confirmation email. We accept your order when it ships. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, a pricing or product error, or if a product is unavailable. If that happens, we refund you in full.

5. Changing or canceling an order

Email support@livgom.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we change it or cancel it with a full refund. Once it ships, our 90 Day Empty Bottle Guarantee still applies.

6. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required by law.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only, with Standard Tracked & Insured Shipping (5 to 8 business days) for $6.90. Shipping is free on orders of $90 or more, including our Buy 3 Get 3 Free bundle. Processing, delivery times, tracking and lost or damaged packages are covered in our Shipping Policy.

8. 90 Day Empty Bottle Guarantee

If you are not happy with a product, email us within 90 days of delivery and we refund the product price, even if the bottle is open or empty. No need to send it back. Limit one guarantee refund per customer, per product. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

9. Product use

Read the label before use and follow the directions. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
