Your 2 minute evening ritual for tired muscles. Mist it on, massage it in, and let the day go.

Why you will love it

• Relaxing body care at the end of the day. A slow massage on shoulders, calves and feet that tells your body it is time to wind down.
• Pure magnesium oil, nothing extra. Magnesium chloride in water. No fragrance added.
• Fine mist, no mess. Covers a wide area with a few sprays, so there is no oil on your hands or sheets to wipe up.
• Lives on your nightstand. Small 100 mL bottle that fits in a drawer, a gym bag or a carry on.

How to use

1. Spray 4 to 6 times onto clean, dry skin on shoulders, back, legs or feet.
2. Massage in with slow circles for a minute or two.
3. Relax. Use in the evening or after exercise. A light tingle on the skin is normal at first; you can rinse it off after 20 minutes if you prefer.

What is inside

One 100 mL (3.39 fl oz) bottle of Livgom Magnesium Oil Spray, unscented. Magnesium chloride and purified water. Full ingredient list printed on the bottle.

Pairs with your daily Livgom routine

Your supplements are the daily habit on the inside. The spray is the part of your routine you can feel tonight. Many customers keep both on the nightstand.
